Who operates Harmonade

Harmonade is operated by Floow Records LLC. In this policy, "we", "us", and "Harmonade" mean Floow Records LLC and the Harmonade service.

Information we collect

When you create an account or sign in with an available provider, we process your email address, account identifier, and any name or profile photo you provide. A sign-in provider may supply these details; Apple can supply a private relay email address.

We store the project settings, titles, and other creative choices you save in Harmonade. We also process the audio and video files you choose to record, import, render, or export. Your voice recordings are used to create your requested results, not to identify you through voice biometrics.

Community information

If you use community features, we process your username, profile photo, biography, posts, comments, likes, follows, and video views. Profiles and content you publish can be visible to other users. Your saved studio projects are not published to the feed unless you choose to share them.

We use these interactions to show community counts and prioritize creators you follow. Reports and block lists help us handle abuse and control what you see.

How we use information

We use account information to authenticate you and keep your projects associated with your account.

We use project information and media to provide the studio, render harmony results, create exports, protect the service, and respond to support or deletion requests.

Storage and service providers

Harmonade uses Google Firebase for authentication, project records, and related storage. We may use Cloudflare R2 for project media storage and our own processing services for requested audio or video renders.

Mobile purchases are processed by Apple or Google. RevenueCat receives your app account identifier and purchase history to validate purchases, restore access, and provide subscription analytics. Web payments use Stripe. We do not receive your full payment-card details from these payment services.

Our hosting and service providers process technical request information, including IP addresses and service logs, for delivery, reliability, and security. We do not sell personal information or use third-party advertising SDKs in the Harmonade mobile app.

Permissions and media

The mobile app asks for microphone access only when you choose to record audio. It asks for camera and microphone access only when you choose to record a video clip.

The app may ask for access to selected files or the media library when you choose to import audio or video, or save an exported video. You can deny these permissions and keep using features that do not need them.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, project, and media data while it is needed to provide your Harmonade workspace, unless you delete the relevant project or ask us to remove the data.

You can initiate account deletion from the mobile Profile menu; the steps, and exactly what is removed, are on the account deletion page. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription; manage or cancel it in your Apple or Google account. For help deleting your account or stored media, contact us at harmonadestudio@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner.

Younger users

Harmonade is a music creation service for a general audience, not a service designed specifically for children. Age eligibility and parental consent requirements depend on where you live.

We do not currently offer child accounts with verified parental consent. If parental consent is required for a child, contact us before creating an account or uploading recordings. A child's voice, photos and videos are personal information; an adult's supervision alone does not replace any required consent.

If you believe a child has provided personal information without required parental consent, contact harmonadestudio@gmail.com so we can investigate and arrange deletion where appropriate.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect data in transit and at rest. No service can guarantee absolute security.

Harmonade and its service providers may process information in countries where they operate. By using Harmonade, you understand that processing may occur outside your country of residence.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when Harmonade changes. We will post the updated version here with a revised effective date.
