Who operates Harmonade

Harmonade is operated by Floow Records LLC. In this policy, "we", "us", and "Harmonade" mean Floow Records LLC and the Harmonade service.

Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email address, display name, profile photo when available, and a Firebase account identifier.

We store the project settings, titles, and other creative choices you save in Harmonade. We also process the audio and video files you choose to record, import, render, or export.

How we use information

We use account information to authenticate you and keep your projects associated with your account.

We use project information and media to provide the studio, render harmony results, create exports, protect the service, and respond to support or deletion requests.

Storage and service providers

Harmonade uses Google Firebase for authentication, project records, and related storage. We may use Cloudflare R2 for project media storage and our own processing services for requested audio or video renders.

These providers process data only as needed to operate Harmonade. We do not sell personal information or use third-party advertising SDKs in the Harmonade mobile app.

Permissions and media

The mobile app asks for microphone access only when you choose to record audio. It asks for camera and microphone access only when you choose to record a video clip.

The app may ask for access to selected files or the media library when you choose to import audio or video, or save an exported video. You can deny these permissions and keep using features that do not need them.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, project, and media data while it is needed to provide your Harmonade workspace, unless you delete the relevant project or ask us to remove the data.

To request deletion of your account or stored media, contact us at harmonadestudio@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner.

Children

Harmonade is a creator tool for adults and is not directed to children. Do not use Harmonade if you are younger than 18.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect data in transit and at rest. No service can guarantee absolute security.

Harmonade and its service providers may process information in countries where they operate. By using Harmonade, you understand that processing may occur outside your country of residence.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when Harmonade changes. We will post the updated version here with a revised effective date.
